Halo Reach Run Down Analysis

Halo: Reach is an upcoming first-person shooter for the Xbox360. It is part of the Halo series, and it is scheduled for release during 2010. Its world premiere was held on December 12, 2009 The game takes place in the year 2552, where humanity is locked in a war with the alien Covenent. Players control Noble 6, a member of an elite supersoldier squad, during a battle for the human world of Reach.

Gameplay changes:
In Halo 3, gameplay includes a newly incorporated equipment system; which allows players to deploy or use equipments for a variety of both offensive and defensive purposes. This system of single-use equipment is replaced in Reach by reusable and persistent armor abilities; these attributes remain with a player until they are replaced, much like a weapon. Among the abilities are a jetpack, active camouflage, sprint, and "armor lock", which makes the player nearly invincible in exchange for the loss of mobility. In addition to tweaks and changes to existing weapons from the Halo series, Reach features new weapons fulfilling various combat roles.
